I have GE so Pre-Clearance doesn’t make a difference. The alternative flight proposed didn’t work as it would have meant a 4h difference during the start of the trip and I still have childcare duties then.

On the upside; made it to EI 44 tonight despite strikes and gov shutdown. Worth celebrating, those are the dire times we live in.
