My newly issued award ticket says this:

Class: P
Cabin: Business
Fare basis: UMILES1

Does P mean business awards are now treated as business light and lounge access is no longer included?
Or did they just shuffle codes around? As far as I can remember award bookings always had their own codes rather than just getting the code of a paid fare with similar conditions. P would match the dropped seat selection for award tickets, but silently removing lounge access on top of that would be a jerk move.
