Strike that last bit, BA1318 landed a few moments ago.

Reports from a friend who was booked on BA1317 are that it's chaotic with queues, app not working, and people who've called to rebook are being told 1319 is full but airport staff are saying there's loads of space. Could be because it's very close to departure.
