I don't know what you are putting in, but the rates are up now from when I looked earlier, but my rate with no corporate code or anything is much less than yours still on the direct side from Marriott. I gave you exact dates, but you seemed to have chosen only 2 nights. And again on a points value basis if you only do 5, you are losing out big time using your CSR points vs using Bonvoy Points.
