JFK-PSP... pork tenderloin, shrimp and black rice risotto, or chicken ravioli with kabocha. I went with the shrimp and was not disappointed. I wish it were easier to get the tails off the shrimp (pre-cut or at least less messy) since I feel like I left a good amount of shrimp behind, but overall a very nice lunch. The citrus slaw side was excellent.

The guy across from me had the chicken ravioli and that looked pretty good, but I was happy with my choice, being a lighter meal.
