They have even taken liberties with the tomato serving it “herbed”.
Same with the eggs that instead of being fried, are not only scrambled but also mixed with chives. I suppose it would be more challenging to serve fried eggs on an airplane (unless you are flying Lufthansa First where they make made to order eggs).
