Well, English breakfast at 10-11am on a Sunday is not my cup of tea either. Nor is the consumption of wine to wash away nasty fatty food.
However to be fair, the “English” breakfast that United serves is not really English. Last I checked a proper English breakfast does not have Chorizo or Rösti potatoes
