Mine was a small transfer 24000 miles since I was adding to some I already had. My speculation is that the request hit some technical glitch and just went into limbo, now someone has to redo the request manually and nobody will do that until they have to investigate and such so I guess the 15 days have to pass and then have to see. No other option.
