I'm seeing a lot of (modest) discount rates on the Hilton website advertising this sale. But it seems kind of deceptive: if you're not paying careful attention, it's really just their non-refundable rate -- which they are also still displaying. Do they mean to have the "Hilton Sale" rates be non-refundable? If so, why don't they just say that?
