same, initiated Oct 28 but to Flying Blue. Still waiting. Maybe something about Oct 28 that is the issue? I called Capital One and they said I have to wait until November 18th since 15 days have to pass then they can look into it. One Capital One representative was rude and dismissive saying that it's not their issue once miles leave their account and I have to take it up with Air France which is total nonsense as it's their obligation to make sure the miles reach the target party successfully and help troubleshoot with the 3rd party.
So I called again and got a friendlier rep that just told me to wait until Nov 18th and then open a case then.
I have a screenshot of the success popup with the confirmation code from Capital One and it clearly states on there "We'll send you an email once the transfer is complete, usually within 24 hours". I received no such email which implies the transfer on C1's side did not complete successfully yet some of the reps at least are incorrectly telling me that it completed on their side.
