Just a gentle note of caution:

While the planned 10% reductions help alleviate stress, they only help to a certain point.

A concentrated spike in unexpectrd ATC (or TSA) sick calls can still shut down an airport, a terminal, or impact a particular airline severely despite pre-planned cancellations.

Just be prepared for alternatives (of which sometimes sadly there simply are none).
