At the moment the changes were announced, everyone currently on Gold has one more requalification under the old rules.
This final requalification will occur in the period starting 5 November 2025 and it ends on 4 November 2026.
All current Golds have an anniversary date that falls within this 12 month period. All current Golds will therefore have one final requalification under the old rules.
Those whose Gold renewed on 5 November, 6 November and today (7 November in Europe, though it is already 8 November where you are)) have just experienced their final requalification under the old rules.
Your anniversary is in September, so you will experience your final requalification opportunity using the old 4/12k rule at the end of your current year, i.e. in September 2026
