Since P class is not eligible to A3, I send a claim the flying miles with Miles and More after the flight.
This is not only P, but also K, T, L at LH too.
My attempt at doing that was declined because the flight had already “credited” to A3, even though I got nothing. I suspect it may have been different when you request credit to M&M but I was trying to send it to UA. I am very proud of not having accumulated a single mile with M&M for 10 years now.
