I do not know what is the standard upgrade at the HH, but potentially, you get a room that is quite a bit larger. Stayed at the HR twice as globalist and the rooms they gave me were quite small. Will probably try the HH next time. See details in previous posts for what the trade-off is (if booking the HR, you get drinks and some snacks in the evenings at the bar on the lobbby level).
