They do for me. I've been on 3 flights this year and about to hit Platinum thanks to Shopping, surveys, rental cars, Rocket miles, etc.
They all get lumped together and at least for me have been instantaneous in crediting the EQM since around July.
They always show up now right after I did something that I believe put me over the top or was close. I can't imagine the last dozen times or so it was just simply a coincidence I had new activity the same instant the 1K showed up.
Not always 3,000 on the dot but very close, sometimes slightly over or slightly under my count but within like 100 or so miles checking my math(Yes it's complicated because it doesn't tally for you after the 3,000 credit, what the carryover was into the next 3,000 goal).
The above I know I had to be within a handful of miles
If I go all the way back to Jan 1, with my miles activity I'm slightly under 3 x number of EQMs posted, maybe they round up if you have 2950 or something...
Another guess on the individual discrepancies would be maybe does the Everyday partners show up internally into their Counter before it shows up in your account activity to throw your own count off.
