I am 6'2" and I much prefer the non-bulkhead. I like to stretch my legs out. And being tall, I find the footrests to be a bit useless. However, bulkhead window seat are good if you want to sleep, have easy access out, and are able to rest your head on the sidewall.
agreed on the short footrests; at 6'4" , I like the bulk head & after take off use my small carryon with the blanket as a footstool to sleep.
