Ahh, this is helpful.

Airporter https://airporter.co.jp/en/ might also be an option for you if you have a later flight - recent-ish review in thread Takyubin query

Many business hotels will also help accept takkyubin which may save the effort of taking your bags to Minato Mirai. Just ask the front desk when you check in and what the cutoff times are for airport delivery. Mornings around breakfast time to checkout can be a bit busy for the front desk so plan accordingly as they'll need to measure your bag(s), ask contents, check waybill, calculate fees, and process payment (sometimes cash only). Kuroneko will pick up your bag from the hotel in Yokohama.

If you use Kuroneko shipping office, bring cash just in case they don't take credit cards. You can always spend it in Yokohama, Tokyo, and NRT or load it on physical suica to pay for transit/spend it down.
Thanks. I'm staying at Route Inn in Yokohama and then heading back into town for the last night, with my NRT flight at 5 p.m. the following day.

Worst case, you know, I have no trouble schlepping all my things.
