Original Travel Dates: November 7, 2025 - November 10, 2025
New Travel Dates: November 6, 2025 - November 17, 2025

Bold emphasis is mine. So anyone with travel, say, a week out will have to wait if they want to make any fee-free changes. The policy also states, "No difference in fare will apply for new travel in the same cabin to and from the same city pair."
I took this to mean exactly what it says, I can change flights as long as O&D are the same and it is within the window. Basically a SDC before T-24. But just got off the phone with someone in PHX reservations and they said travel has to be a different day. Going to try HUCA, otherwise I can SDC in a little over an hour from now. FWIW neither of my flights were impacted, but do fall within the policy window.
