Flexible travel waiver window
I expect this will be a moving target, but as of 4pm today, Thursday, Nov. 6, the "FAA flight reductions waiver" states these conditions for the flexible travel policy:

Travel To/From: All locations
Tickets Purchased On / Before: November 06, 2025
Original Travel Dates: November 7, 2025 - November 10, 2025
New Travel Dates: November 6, 2025 - November 17, 2025

Bold emphasis is mine. So anyone with travel, say, a week out will have to wait if they want to make any fee-free changes. The policy also states, "No difference in fare will apply for new travel in the same cabin to and from the same city pair."
