Not helped by the lounge dragon saying she will call the GGLs (all two of us) for pre-boarding only to do it so late that by the time we got to the gate the scrum was already 75 deep. Gate agents couldn’t give a monkeys about any priority boarding whatsoever either, classic indifferent service from some the Dnata staff there.
I think they need to rethink how they service G0 at some of the outstations like DXB.
I don’t mean this to be rude (sorry if it comes across that way after finishing a bottle of 2009 DP Rose on EK4), but if GGLs continue to book BA on this route regardless of what quality of service BA provides when there are clearly other options, I don’t know why BA is going to decide to unnecessarily improve the passenger experience. All these GGLs who complain about the BA passenger experience to Dubai then always book BA anyway are exactly why BA has no interest in making the experience any better.
