If this drags on long enough, they have to keep slots reduced, but keep moving people to the hubs, then yes. I would bet on if a bus is subbed in, you get the MQDs, some token sorry you "flew" at an altitude of 5-7 feet, and they start booking charter bus lines. Is there capacity in charter lines to make this happen, no idea, but most are 55 passenger range, so that isn't even a clean swap for an RJ.

Doing the exercise on ATL, they can possibly eliminate 25RT daily with this, BHM, MGM, CHA, AGS, CSG (but already dropped from runway work), maybe more. Guessing at 10% they have to drop 100RT, so this doesn't get there.

Did anyone see that the reductions were hourly, or on the day? If hourly, the other out is to use the roughly 10PM to 5AM hours to gain back capacity.
