Question Transferred C1 to Avianca Lifemiles over 10 days ago and miles still have not posted.
Transferred C1 to Avianca Lifemiles over 10 days ago and miles still have not posted.

The transfer out from C1 was successfully debited. C1 customer service told me Avianca accepted the transfer. LM customer service doesn't know what to do. I have cases open with both C1 and LM.

I transferred C1 to LM a few years ago and it was instantaneous.

Is there anything I can do besides waiting?
