Probably not Friday, but if this drags on for a while it is possible. I say no to Friday (or even this weekend) because this is a degree of operational complexity that is difficult to manage. You have to get notices out that people are taking a bus, they need to get to the airport earlier, etc. Even the act of procuring bus service in mass isn't simple.

Day-of IRROPS bus transfers are easier in the sense that people are already at the airport but the flight isn't going out - no pre-communication required.
