Login to united. Click on your name and then "view my united". When I scroll down I see two trackers under my presidential plus. The first is "You've spent $xxxxx in 2025". The second is "yyyy of 10,000 Premier qualifying points." I can confirm that yyyy is indeed 1/20th of $xxxxx.
I would need to go tally up my statements to make sure $xxxxx is accurate, but it seems to me to be about right.
As an additional check I went to "view all activity" and downloaded the excel file. I then filtered to 2025 and "PQP Earn Presidential Plus Card". When I add up those numbers I get yyyy.
I am not seeing the issue you are seeing. They also post weekly for me the last one being on 10/27.
