We're flying into ICN at 9pm on a Friday, how's the traffic to get to the PH if we grab a taxi? We'll have 1 large luggage each, but can do some walking if there's a drop off a block or so away to avoid any crazy traffic jams.
Just trying to find the least worst option...
Take airport bus 6103, 18k each, you can get off at the Intercontinental stop and walk across or under through the subway or get off at the end and take a free 5 min taxi ride that they provide. I would just walk myself across the street.
