This happens intermittently to me (Android, but app-based experience). Not often, but it's happened enough that I don't worry - I just assume the app is buggy -- because it seems to be! Waiting an hour or two, or checking on a laptop usually works.
Edit: You can also look up the itinerary on KLM's site using the 'find my booking', since you have KL legs.
