The billing statement in the app now also reads paid.

What gives? How long did the incasso take normally for you all?
(Or did I accidentally score a sugar-parent card without having to provide the sugar? )
The direct debit can happen a few days later than the initially stated date. Not seeing the mandate yet is completely normal. It only shows up on the day the payment is actually taken. Nothing unusual so far. In my experience it’s usually processed on the exact date, unless a weekend gets in the way. For now, I’d just wait it out.
