Rescheduled flight can be between 7 days prior and 7 days after original travel date.

Refund is permitted:
If a customer wants to cancel, even if the flight is operating, travel agents can self-refund unused coupons/tickets. Add OSI UA TRAVELWAIVERREFUND to the PNR.
