Doing a trip next week that goes through an affected airport in both directions. Can't control what the government does unfortunately, so I am going to try to pack a little bit of extrAA patience and lounge access and hope for the best. I guess I should be thankful that recently AA seems much better at delivering customer service during IRROPS than they have been at delivering a good product in the air.
I mean, sure, but AA's customer service during IRROPS is still third in the industry (not nearly as distant a third as their onboard product…)
