Has anyone had success getting SQ to move you to a different flight (even without award space) after a minor schedule change? Wondering if it’s worth a HUACA or if the 15-minute change is too small to qualify for any flexibility.
I'm assuming that you don't have status with SQ since it's not indicated under your username and you don't say so in any of your posts.
Was the award ticket "purchased" with SQ miles/points or FF miles from some other program? If SQ miles, were they perhaps transferred in from some credit card program rather than having been earned by flying SQ? Do you have a new SQ FF account with little or no flying activity, including partner *A flights? These factors could make a difference.
You don't mention a connection, so I assume that MCT doesn't arise here, although it might have been the reason behind other data points.
