Called to LH to request evoucher upgrade from Y to J for a YYZ-WAW segment on LO. Currently waitlisted. This is for my girlfriend's ticket but she purchased it via OTA. Does this impact the upgrade or the email communication?
I didnt get any confirmation email from LH or LO on the request, but on the LO "manage booking" tab there appears a new flight segment for the requested upgrade portion, is that normal?
From everything I read in this forum, it seems evouchers are last to upgrade and may not know until checkin or boarding.
