Thanks! Hadn't thought of that one. The earliest one gets into T1 at 6:10am, so quite similar to Access Express and Skyliner. The international departures board looks pretty empty around 8am, so I assume the airport is dead and ~90 minutes would be plenty. Still, I'm gonna go ahead and book a car service. Klook has a Comfort 7 Seater for some 24,000 JPY from our hotel to NRT, which feels surprisingly cheap considering the dire warnings I've read over the years against ever thinking of taking anything except train/bus to/from NRT.
