I don't have experience as an FTL but I would consider the Discover website information to be correct. You also have the LH website which states you get access.

"Entry with a boarding pass for a Lufthansa Group, Star Alliance or code-share flight. Excluded from this are Frequent Travellers who are travelling on the BASIC fare with Eurowings."

And then the definition of Lufthansa Group: "Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Air Dolomiti, Edelweiss Air, Eurowings, Discover Airlines, Lufthansa, Lufthansa City Airlines, SWISS"
