not sure what’s odd about it … and source probably is leak who couldn’t reveal.

Question I have is how the reductions are to be made - does each airline have to cut 10% (or specified # of flights) into/from those airports? Or are they allocated some other way? And do airlines get to choose which flights … eg can UA just drop some UX flights, or can they “target” certain routes?
