We have stayed here for a long weekend with the family and we were very happy.
We booked on points, and could only get a standard room for 2. We have contacted the hotel for an upgrade to a 4 people bedroom and got a list of choices (from deluxe with sofa bed for 30 EUR/night to premium suite for 150 EUR/night).
We chose the deluxe room, paid 30 EUR/night and finally received a suite, with free breakfast for the children as well.

The room was nice, the hotel facilities as well and the breakfast was amazing.

So, this was one of our best experiences ever using points in a hotel for a family trip. Often I can't book rooms for 4 on points and hotels ask ridiculous amounts of money for upselling to higher category rooms (this was the case in Rome and Athens this year), so I find the program not that useful if you want to book a room for more than 2 people.
