We're doing another Las Vegas run to dump $600 of expiring Amex Plat credits and spending one night at Bellagio, so IIRC, we can visit any MGM restaurant. Are there any new/recently suggested options to try? We've done DTF in Aria and don't need to go back, although that's a Plan B absent any other good options. The Bellagio buffet was horrifyingly bad on our last visit, but they don't open for dinner (AFAIK) anyway.

Since we're there over Thanksgiving, a restaurant with a traditional Thanksgiving menu would be our preferred choice, but quality matters - we don't want any dried out stringy turkey.
