Initial impressions are incredibly impressive.

Building is old but well built, looks and smells good, has good hallway-vs-bedroom soundproofing.

I was able to confirm an early (2pm -- but 12pm was available) check in and a late (also 2pm) check out via the app, for free due to Bonvoy status, the day before check in.

I expected a simple studio with a fridge and microwave as booked but received a large 1-bedroom apartment with full kitchen, dual vanity, and even a welcome amenity. Air conditioning easily cools to 65. All for $110/night? It is not luxurious, but it seems too good to be true.
