After the IT meltdown this summer and just recently, they talk about how those took $.05 or $.10 per share off of profits. I wonder with all these web errors and other shoddy tech issues they have what that is costing per share in lost purchases and people migrating to other airlines? If I needed to book a flight tonight and I couldn't get the website or app to work, I'd move onto another carrier. Or if I keep having issues with their website and app, eventually I'll get frustrated enough and move along as well.
