The Pier F is great, especially the showers after a long TAPC flight. You have to do the lounge crawl (which is easiest if starting from the main concourse): Start with the QF lounge, then head across the hall to the Wing and Deck, then stumble down the terminal to the Bridge, and finally the Pier J and F. There are also Plaza Premium and Chase Sapphire lounges you can access via credit cards. The HKG lounge tour is worth doing TPAC in coach.
