I believe QR-issued (157) business class ticket (except for business lite) holders can purchase the first class lounge access for a fee.
What if I have JL-issued (131) business class ticket with QR operated, QR FLT#? Do you consider it is worth negotiating for the purchase of the first class lounge access?
