30 min delay at EWR would be wonderful under any circumstance. I have seen some flights delayed by 3-4 hrs, or longer.

Likely unpopular opinion here and would never happen, but shut down ALL flights, which would send a loud message...either that, or ATC and/or TSA should all walk off the job
