Not luxurious but good location and they have 2 bedrooms. We stayed in a 1 bedroom and it was fine. Having laundry is nice, but it was our last stop after 15 nights elsewhere in Japan.
For us walking distance to Tokyo Station w/o luggage. No concierge to help you with anything.
