With only one voucher holder, that precludes the possibility of two bookings, as one would necessarily not include the voucher holder.
(Unless BA have started to waive that requirement, but I think we'd have heard of that much more widely if so)
I have used two vouchers together for myself and three others before. The only difference in my sons case is that there are three, rather than four pax
