I was delighted with C1 debit card for ATM withdrawals outside the USA for decades. I seemed to get interbank exchange rates with no fees. Amazing!

I was SHOCKED that they are switching to the Discover network as it is USELESS overseas.

I closed my C1 accounts Monday and have received my ACH transfers today in my preferred bank. So long C1.
