I think if I’d overhaul this I would increase the price of the top tier one, add UXP earnings to the 20% XP boost (with a cap), make it a far more generous award ticket discount (at least 4 tickets) and offer the 10% discount on cash upgrade prices too. Those are already often ludicrously priced, 10% isn’t going to move the needle that much for their bottom line.
