Yup, ITA is returning to LHR from FCO. Here's the page on ITA's website: https://www.ita-airways.com/en_it/of...-heathrow.html

Note the FCO-LHR flight means no more FCO-LCY and no more FCO-LGW. However, LIN-LCY is remaining. I assume this is for connecting passengers from Rome, and O/D passengers from Milan (a lot of business passengers flying to/from LIN and LCY).
