North American food safety police seem to think a burger needs to be completely overcooked.
Other countries ask how do you like it cooked.
Next time I'm in the SS, I should ask if I can cook a burger for myself.
Burger aside as I would never order one, I've found the rest of menu items to be delicious and cooked to my liking.
The service level is awful though.
