Just one curry dish, is that excessive? One forest animal, come on? As to burgers, surely it's a concession to people who don't care about serious cooking... (We have had that discussion before, alas.)

This said, last time I visited, my halibut came up overcooked, bit of a deception. Previously it had been right. Now I can understand many folks might complain that when halibut is still moist, in their mind it's undercooked...
