The final sleeping arrangements are none of anybody's business.
If 2 people are in the same room, you dont get double the benefits. You can clearly attempting to game the system. The original poster knows its not allowed because they are saying that they could lie to the hotel and say they are sleeping differently.

But since you asked here are some points from T&C

The sale, barter, gift or assignment of Hilton Honors Points, Point awards or other benefits, other than by Hilton Honors, is expressly prohibited.
engaged in any fraudulent or dishonest behavior, theft, misconduct or wrongdoing in connection with the account, including without limitation, involving Reward redemption or Certificate use, or other Member benefits; engaged in any abusive, fraudulent, disruptive, inappropriate, offensive or hostile conduct
Any Points, Certificates or benefits which Hilton Domestic Operating Company Inc. deems in its sole discretion to have been transferred, sold or assigned in violation of Program Terms and Conditions may be confiscated or canceled.
Lets say there is an issue with the parents room and security comes in at night and sees its 2 other people sleeping there and she is staying elsewhere, Hilton could easily say its not her room and she shouldnt be getting benefits. In which case Hilton has final say if it was a violation
All interpretations of Program Terms and Conditions shall be at the sole discretion of Hilton Honors.
Is lt likely that they will go after you for it? No. But that doesn't mean its not unethical or fraudulent. If she actually slept in that room that is one thing, but he was clear she isn't.

It is a risk reward analysis. Is it worth saving a few bucks on breakfast to have a .000001% chance of being caught and shut down? Thats your call.
