doesn't the card holder enter the cvv in when they secure the line? i suppose i shouldn't be surprised, but if the card number and cvv are both entered electronically in to the system why would a ba agent be manually entering anything later on when actually processing the charge and issuing the ticket?
This was the process for a while but recently it's reverted to me telling the agent what it is.
